A repeatable solving loop
Use the clue before you move the letters
The clue narrows the kind of word you need. Then treat the scramble as an exact inventory: every letter must appear once, with none added or dropped.
- Read the clue.Decide what kind of word or object could fit before testing spellings.
- Count vowels and repeats.Repeated letters and likely vowel positions quickly rule out weak guesses.
- Try familiar chunks.Look for common beginnings, endings, and letter pairs, then account for every leftover letter.
- Use hints deliberately. The first hint gives an opening letter; the second adds a sparse pattern without solving the row for you.

A separate bank from the daily game
These longer practice words are committed independently of the five-letter Daily Anagram schedule. Changing difficulty or starting another set happens only in this page; Puzzled does not upload entries, save progress, or create public result URLs.
